We’ve seen record temperatures in the UK in the last week and that presents unique challenges for the food production sector.
Because while the weather is perfect for enjoying your summer, keeping things moving in the food production sector without interruption can be challenging.
Being able to keep your spiral freezer running 24/7 without any unplanned downtime is crucial – and never more so than during a heatwave.
The good news is that because our Compact Spiral Series is a controlled environment, you can have full confidence that you’ll be able to control any potential issues before they cause any real problems.
And they’re much less likely to do so when you’re conducting regular Full Machine Inspections, too.
In fact, our Monthly Maintenance Contracts are the perfect solution to give you peace of mind so you can focus on what really matters – running your business
Our Monthly Maintenance Contracts allow you to spread the cost of inspections over the year, so rather than paying everything all at once, you pay a monthly subscription.
And with that, you receive:
- Two 6-monthly visits per year*
- Full Machine Inspections carried out by a Freezer Technician
- A check and report on the condition of your spiral freezer
- All minor repairs carried out on-site if parts are available
- Gearbox oil changes
- Inspection reports on completion
- 24-hour emergency call-outs
Our engineers are available for on-site visits 7 days a week, too – so you’re never caught out by unforeseen or production-critical issues.
After the inspection, we’ll issue you with a full machine condition report, including any recommendations on your machine, which will be categorised in order of priority.
And because we know how important it is to be transparent, we’ll even prepare a quote and get in touch via email, so you know exactly where you stand and there are no hidden costs.
So, if you want to find out a bit more about our Monthly Maintenance Contracts and how they can work for you, contact us online or give us a call on 01603 672 455.
