A few months ago, we worked with one of the leading pizza manufacturers in the UK to address some critical issues with their spiral freezer from a different manufacturer, not one of our Eurotek/ Korutek models. At the time, we identified a leaky oil issue in the gearbox and provided a short-term fix whilst the new gearbox was being manufactured. Our team not only calculated the correct gearbox for the machine, but we also modified the spiral freezer to ensure a seamless fit. After the installation and commissioning of the new gearbox, their machinery was back in production and has been running smoothly ever since, thanks to our comprehensive maintenance contract.

However, on a recent weekend, we received an urgent call. The control panel on their freezer had overloaded due to a compressor fault, halting production entirely. They were in a difficult position, and although we don’t specialise in refrigeration, we knew we had to help.

Even with our engineers being off or on other on-site projects, our team provided immediate remote support. Through detailed troubleshooting, we guided them step by step, helping them get the control panel operational again. Within a few hours, the machine was back online, and production resumed.
