Regular full machine inspections are a great way to ensure you’re always on top of the health of your spiral freezers, which means you can plan things around your busy schedule.
But what if you went one step further and opted for our Monthly Maintenance Contract to allow you to spread the cost of two 6-monthly visits per year across the entire year?
With our maintenance contract, you’ll receive:
- Two 6-monthly visits per year*
- Full Machine Inspections carried out by a Freezer Technician
- A check and report on the condition of your spiral freezer
- All minor repairs carried out on-site if parts are available
- Gearbox oil changes
- Inspection reports on completion
- 24-hour emergency call-outs
Our engineers are available for on-site visits 7 days a week, too – so you’re never caught out by unforeseen or production-critical issues, and we work around your requirements.
Following your inspection, we’ll issue you with a full machine condition report, including any recommendations on your machine, categorised in order of priority.
Plus, we prepare a quote and get in touch via email, so there are no hidden costs and you know exactly what you’re paying for and what you’re getting.
