What is a Clean-in-Place (CIP) system?

A CIP system is an automated cleaning solution used in food processing environments to clean equipment—such as spiral freezers, chillers, coolers and IQF systems—without the need for manual intervention. It ensures consistent sanitation by applying detergents,...

Why is CIP important in food manufacturing?

CIP systems help food processors maintain hygiene, food safety and audit compliance with global standards like FDA, BRC and HACCP. They reduce contamination risks, save time, minimise labour, and ensure thorough cleaning in hard-to-reach areas, where bacteria like...

What types of equipment can your CIP system be integrated with?

Our CIP systems are designed for spiral freezers, chillers, coolers, and IQF lines. They can be integrated into new builds whether our brand or third-party brand, or retrofitted to existing equipment, without the need for complete system replacement.

What kind of traceability does the system offer?

Our CIP systems can be integrated with your PLC or a dedicated CMMS to log cleaning cycles, document chemical usage, and provide digital records of cleaning  to support audit compliance and internal quality assurance.

Does the CIP system require any manual intervention?

Very minimal. Our CIP system is fully automated, including chemical injection, cycle logic, and drying (via air knife drying system and evaporator fan drying). Operators only need to select the mode and connect the chemical containers—the rest is automatic.
